USER AGREEMENT

Dotzza provides tools for:

• Managing academic projects and assignments
• Communication between students, mentors, and educational coordinators
• Sharing learning materials, documents, and submissions
• AI-assisted task generation and planning
• Tracking progress, deadlines, and collaborative activities

Dotzza’s features are intended exclusively for educational and organizational purposes.

To use Dotzza, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old or are using the app under institutional/guardian consent.
• You have provided accurate registration information and will maintain updated details.
• You have the authority to use Dotzza within your educational institution or learning group.

You agree to:

• Use the platform ethically and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and personal information.
• Communicate respectfully inside chats, comments, and Teamspaces.
• Upload only appropriate, safe, and legitimate educational content.
• Avoid posting harmful, offensive, or misleading information.
• Not misuse AI-generated outputs for prohibited or harmful purposes.

You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your Dotzza account.

Dotzza collects and processes data needed to operate core functions such as:

• Account management
• Project & task tracking
• File uploads and document storage
• Chat and communication features
• Notifications and activity logs
• AI-assisted task suggestions

We do not sell personal data.

We do not use your data for advertising.

Your content remains yours; Dotzza only processes it to deliver the service.

Dotzza allows academic communication through:

• Teamspace Chats
• One-on-One Chats
• Task-level Comments
• File attachments and shared documents
• Notifications for mentions, assignments, and updates

You agree not to share:

• Personal health information (PHI) of any real patient
• Copyrighted materials without permission
• Files containing harmful code, malware, or inappropriate content

Misuse of communication features may result in account suspension.

Certain features in Dotzza are powered by AI, such as:

• Suggested tasks from chat messages
• Auto-summaries
• Smart assignment structuring

You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content.
• AI results must not be used for clinical or medical decision-making.

We work to keep Dotzza available and running smoothly. However:

• Temporary interruptions may occur due to updates, maintenance, or network issues.
• Features may evolve or be discontinued as the platform improves.

Dotzza is provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees.

You must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use Dotzza for clinical consultations or patient-related decisions
• Harass or harm other users
• Upload unauthorized, illegal, or harmful files
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Violation of these rules may lead to termination of your account.

Certain Dotzza features or plans may be chargeable.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Allow automatic renewals unless cancelled
• Review applicable pricing, taxes, and refund terms
• Understand that failure to pay may suspend premium features

Your subscription details can be managed inside the Billing section.

All branding, interface layouts, design elements, and platform features remain the intellectual property of Dotzza.

However, your content is always yours — you retain full ownership of the files, assignments, and messages you create.

Dotzza is not liable for:

• Loss of academic results or outcomes
• Inaccurate AI suggestions (you must review them)
• Data loss caused by your device, network issues, or misuse
• Any consequences arising from using Dotzza for non-educational or clinical purposes

Your use of the app is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Dotzza may update this User Agreement from time to time.

We will notify users when significant changes occur.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
