DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your account directly within the Dotzza app by following these steps:

• Open the Dotzza app
• Sign in to your account
• Go to Profile
• Tap Settings
• Select Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@dotzza.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
• Account credentials and login information
• Teamspaces, projects, tasks, and workflows created by you
• Uploaded files, documents, and attachments associated with your account
• Comments, messages, and activity history
• Preferences and app settings

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required:

• Legal and compliance obligations — data required to be retained under applicable law (e.g., billing/transaction records for tax purposes)
• Security and fraud prevention — limited data may be retained to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents
• Shared content — content you shared with other users or teams (e.g., shared documents, team workflows) may remain accessible to those teams unless separately removed, as it is part of shared/collaborative data

Any retained data is deleted once the legally required retention period expires and is not used for any other purpose.

Account and data deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
